SARAMED is one of the leading companies in Lebanon specialized in the promotion and distribution of medical supplies, devices, laboratory equipment and diagnostic products since 1980. SARAMED has its offices in Beirut, and it covers the whole of the Lebanese territory.

The products are split into two main divisions:

Sales Department:
The sales force is divided in two teams, the first one dedicated to the promotion and sales of Medical Products and the second one dedicated to the promotion and sales of Diagnostic Products. All sales consultants are trained in Lebanon and abroad to become manufacturer approved product and application specialists and to satisfy all customer needs.
Biomedical Department:
All sold equipments are serviced by SARAMED’s fully trained and experienced biomedical engineers and technicians. A stock of spare parts and consumables is kept locally according to the manufacturers’ recommendations and market requirements.
Warehousing and Distribution:
SARAMED has 1,000 m2 of warehousing space with facilities to accommodate for refrigerated and frozen goods. Sufficient stocks are kept to satisfy the customer daily needs and purchase requirements. Warehouses are located in the strategic sector of the Quarantine near Beirut Harbor. This makes it very convenient for the distribution logistics.
Distribution is accomplished through SARAMED’s own trucks. Goods are delivered within one business day in Beirut and vicinity and within 2 to 5 business days out of Beirut.

Saramed organizes, sponsors and participates in local events that would keep its customers up-to-date with new products and new medical technologies. This is done in coordination with its suppliers.
